Luxury Seaside Villa with a classic Mediterranean Olive Garden, a fully equipped Professional Kitchen, Pool, Sauna, Padle Boards and Canoe - Miolin Beach H

Wow! This place was somehow even more stunning than the photos! Perfect for a large group, great room views and so many bathrooms! The indoor pool was a favorite with the kids. The town was very quiet and tranquil. We were happy to have a full commercial kitchen to cook dinner for the group every night. A car is definitely necessary for groceries. What a magical place!

There are lots of stairs, which didn’t bother us, but folks with knee or walking issues should be aware.

Brilliant villa, great views and amazing facilities

Access to the sea was exceptional, although it would have been better if it was private. Lots of other tourists used it. Lots of places to relax and space to spread out.

Air conditioning was great in the lounge, but not so good in the bedrooms.

The villa was exceptoinal , the help we got from the management with local taxis and knowledge was second to none. Would certainly recommend a visit. Croatis is a beautiful country to visit, also very friendly locals wherever we went.

The villa is one of the most beautiful houses on Ciovo island with a perfect location and direct access to the ocean and a nice coastal path right in front of the house. We used the canoe and our own SUP. The kitchen is big and well equipped and there is enough space for 12 people. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect as we were here over Easter and temperatures were still quite low due to extreme winds during the first days. The hosts were very friendly and supportive with any questions and reacted super quickly. The region is beautiful, during Easter there were only few tourists so Trogir, Split, Sibenica and Krka waterfalls were all great to visit. Groceries can be bought at Tommy supermarket 5 minutes car drive away. The fish market in Trogir is also wonderful.

The rooms could use curtains, also in the dining room as there is quite an echo when 10 people are sitting at the table. Some of the bedroom door need readjusting as they make noise when closing. The ceiling of the pool room needs to be better protected from moisture.

Hot water on the 1st floor was dependant on the sun to warm it, thus not really any hot water early in the morning, but that problem was solved by using the two bathrooms at the top floor with electricallay heated water. So a minor issue.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Miolin family are very nice guests and their property is just marvelous. PEtra, the manager was very helpful and nice with everything. They were alwasys helpful with extra bedding, our requests. The house is very high standard starts from the wellness area ( heated pool with sauna), many spots to relax and enjoy. The entrance to the see is very steep, but from the garage it is much better, but slippery, protective shoes recommended always. The snorkling equipment as well as kayak great. I very much recommend the paddle boards - we brought our own and used a lot. For guests sun beds are present, may be umbrella just one. Bud we did not mind, plenty of shadows at house terraces. The kitchen is very well equiped, we did not miss anything. Aircondition very well set, no heat, no cold. Bedrooms each with bathroom with comfortable beds. The road to the house is very steep, but able to come to the house with more cars without troubles. We will definitelly come once more. Thank you!
