House Petar by sea

Toni was a perfect host. He let us find lots of vegetables from the garden and made our stay a nice memory for all of us. Two bathrooms was perfect. We loved the location close to Trogir Old town and the beach. No nead for a car.

Very good facilities as the house has been recently upgraded so a great modern kitchen which looked unused, a refitted bathroom with a good shower. We didn’t really use the lounge but it looked fully functional, the terrace was brilliant, massive bbq that we didn’t use and beyond that the garden and wow, there is a promenade right outside the back gate which leads right to the bright into Trogir… the prom was being finished in the week we were there, so a slight diversion but it looks like it’s days away from completion.

The new shower drains slowly, the room is like a wet room so not really a big problem, just had to use towels to mop up which dried really quickly outside anyway

Great location - lovely walk along the promenade to old town Trogir - about 5 minutes and also very close to Split airport so a great place to spend a couple of nights before leaving Croatia. Lots of space, comfortable bed and nice garden to sit in. Kitchen has reasonable set of equipment if you want to self cater and there is a supermarket quite close as well as lots of restaurants & bars if you prefer to eat out. Toni is a great host - really helpful & friendly, even left us some of his homemade wine to enjoy!

Decor is a little dated. Some table lamps in living room would be nice, not just overhead light. Also not many sockets to plug things in so a gangway somewhere would help.

What a SUPER stay we had in this lovely home. Toni is amazing and went out of his way to welcome us and assisting with luggage from the busstop. He also booked a taxi for the next day to Split. The home was a wonderful surprise, walking distance from the old town and located on the marina. It is so clean and well cared for. We could cook a meal in the fully equiped kitchen. Beds were comfortable with the most special embroidered bedlinen. The 2 batrooms are a big plus for a group of 5 adults. The only negative was that we stayed for one night and could easily have stayed a week!

House felt like a home from home which is rare in holiday lets .Great place to relax both inside and out .Everything we needed to accomodate family of 6 .Tony the owner is a brilliant host ,friendly and happy to help .Perfect location on sea front .short stroll into Old Town Trogir and bust station so no car needed .We would return .

Stayed here for 3 days in the heart of Trogir! We already knew the area from the year before so we didn't use the car! shops and beach within walking distance. Trogir is fantastic, nice to stroll in the evening ❤️ owner Tony is super hospitable and likes to think along. we were having coffee in the morning at the coffee bar around the corner where he happened to be sitting. we didn't have to pay. Tony had done it for us ☺️ surprise! We are also always very happy when our dog is welcome!

This apartman was amazing, we have spent only two days in it with the family, and everybody enjoyed it. There was a nice terrace on which we could enjoy the sea view, while the kids could play in the garden. Toni was very kind and assisted us in everything and recommended several places which should be visited in the town. He had a vegetable garden from which we could eat the fresh tomato, etc. It was very tasty. The apartman was very clean, well-equipped and it was comfortable for us (4 adults and 2 kids).

The house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need. We also loved sitting on the terrace, the view is great and you just can’t beat the location. The sea is right in front of you, the fish market, grocery store and old town are all less than five minutes walk away, but at the same time its a place where you can relax after a long day of exploring. However, what makes the real difference is the owner and his family. They make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive, you can pick vegetables from their garden and they really treat you like family. Our dog loved it too! :)

We travelling a lot but this is yet the best house we ever stayed in. Quiet area. Close to the beach and only 5 minutes walk to the town and market where you can buy local veg, fruits, gifts etc. House itself is very clean with a beautiful garden perfect for relaxing. We were told to pick the veg that grow in the garden ❤️ Tomato were sooo tasty. Well maintained garden and the outside area. Big rooms and 2 bathrooms. All facilities like washing machine, dishwasher etc were available at the property. Host very lovely and helpful. Easy to communicate. And the lovely cat that live in the back of the house ❤️ 100% can recommend this place and will definitely be back if i ever stay in this area again.

The location of the house was perfect, a leisurely 5 minute stroll from old town Trogir which is beautiful and has lots of nice restaurants and bars. The house is comfortable, clean and very well equipped with everything you might need and has a great covered terrace and garden area directly at sea level with a sea view. Toni is a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. He brought us two different kinds of wine from his family's own vineyard, as well as a seafood aperitif. He offered helpful advice on restaurants, etc in Trogir and could not have been more welcoming. A 20-30 minute drive from Split depending on traffic, so very convenient location if you want to be closeby but away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger city. Perfect for our 3 night stay.
