Very beautiful sitting room and bedroom. Everything is available in the kitchen... Washing machine also available.

Bathroom is always wet. Hot water heater is not working properly our stay 2 nights.

Absolutely clean, comfortable beds, clean kitchen with essential utensils, easy communication with the owner. House is nicely designed, has got new and clean furniture. Our host Mattew was very hospitable and helped with different issues in The town

LOCATION IS GOOD.

THE ROAD TO THE SPOT IS VERY NARROW AND PARKING SPACE IS VERY LIMITED. NO ONE WAS AVAIALBLE TO GET HELP IN KEEPING THE LUGGAGE FROM CAR TO THE ROOM. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I ASKED FOR AN INVOICE, BUT THEY SAID THE BOOKING IS THROUGH BOOKING.COM HENCE I HAVE TO TAKE THE INVOICE FROM BOOKING .COM. I HAVE WORKED IN SAUDI ARABIA FOR MANY YEARS AND STAYED IN MANY HOTELS AFTER BOOKING THROUGH BOOKING.COM BUT I ALWAYS GOT AN INVOICE. ONCE I MADE THE BOOKING , I GOT AN IMMEDIATE MESSAGE SAYING THAT ITS ONLY FOR FAMILY AND I ALSO I WILL HAVE TO BRING MY IDENTITY CARDS. ITS VERY OBVIOUS THAT ANYONE NEED TO STAY IN A HOTEL, SHOULD PRODUCE HIS IDENTITY. I REQUEST THEM TO BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO TO NOT TO BE PANIC BY ASKING LOT OF QUESTIONS TO THE INMATES.

Everything is as per whats shown in picture... We had a very comfortable stay at the Oval house... We stayed for 5 nights, its so peaceful location and very nicely maintained house... I would highly recommend anyone looking for best stay in Cochin. We would love to re-book during our next visit to Cochin after couple of months. Our host Mr. Mathew he is outstanding!! Liked the way he treated us, so friendly and kind person. I highly recommend this property!
