Building is located in a very historical center.

I drove from Porto visiting Nazare and Peniche was very tired and wanted just a cozy warm bed. I respect this place is a very old building but it's kept in a disgusting condition and no way can be called a "villa" - bedding is like in hostel but was moist and stinks the whole apartment had a smell of damp and mould, furniture and kitchen amenities are pathetic and old. Shower booth falls appart and is rusted. A little bit more about the smell - just near the double bed, less than a metre away there is a toilet pot which smells. How would you like falling asleep facing the stinky pot? I truly regret spending my money on this place. Before inviting guest to stay it must be done up to a guest house standard.

Location was excellent.

The beds were terrible, noisy when we turned, the sheets were old albeit clean. The bathroom in the bedroom had no light and was tiny. The downstairs toilet had a lot of mould in the shower. The house itself was pretty and could be so much better with a bit of care, attention, investment and effort. Everything felt cheap.
