Phaedrus Living: Forest View Luxury Villa Chantara

Some of the kitchen equipment is in poor condition or broken (coffee machine), there are no wine glasses (plastic glasses are a bad alternative at this price and positioning as a luxury villa). The furniture in the living room needs cleaning. On the second floor, the drain pipes are clogged and the water in the shower does not flow out.

Super location - spacious with necessary amenities

The internet connection was a bit poor.

The building interior is in good condition. Few cracks on the wall decors and so on but still acceptable. For starters Kitchen equipment all where working well. TV is working fine and the fireplace is the main biggest attraction in the living room. Comfy table with chairs and long corner sofa was also good. The bedrooms are equipped with nice double beds and nice comfy mattresses. The showers are clean and new condition and also the toilets and sinks are all good to use without having a feeling of disgust.

The Villa was booked for 2 days. The first day around 22:00 the main powers shorted out and all the house literally was useless to use. The main entrance doors where not operating, all the heating of the house lights and water systems stopped working due to the drop of power. Contacting the operatives was very poor in result angry communication was used and necessary reports where needed. " We said if we don't receive any help from the operatives we would call the police to come for rescue". 2. The outdoor of the villa has 2 cameras facing the entrance door and terrace which made us feel like we are being watched. 3. The A/C systems in the bedrooms where not working on heating mode and we were equipped with small element heating systems which was poorly managing to meet our heating temperature needs. 4. The surround system of the TV was cut and therefore we couldn't have the luxury to enjoy some inside music during our stay. 5. The outside area storages all of then where locked meaning that we only had limited amount of fireplace wood, which was clearly not stated that it has a limit of usage, we pay and we expect the proper amount of wood for all the hours of our stay. 6. The booking page of the VILLA states that its barbecue equipped, it only has a stone build position for you to use the barbecue there...but didn't provide the equipment to make the barbecue. Unfair . 7. In order to reach the Villas main gates, there's a curvy mountainous off-road ( no asphalt or concrete) for about 400-800 metres uphill or maybe even longer distance. Dangerous for small cars, damages are easily going to be made. 8. 2nd day of our stay at nighttime the water system failed. There was no water to even wash our smaller fingers. The 3rd morning the problem still continued in result we had to go to the supermarket and buy drinking waters in plastic bottles to meet our hygiene needs. UNACCEPTABLE. Literally UNACCEPTABLE.

The bathrooms and toilets need renovation as well as the sofa in the living room was not clean. The single beds are not very comfortable for adults.

Everything was amazing, beautiful location near chantara waterfall.
