Villa LadyWell

perfect location if you want to be out of the way, there was 5 of us and this villa had more than anough room!

I don't think the photos do this place justice. The garden and the setting was fabulous looking out on the green mountains. It had a really large pool and it's a very big spacious villa. Derek really looked after us and was very relaxed too.

Getting down to Oludeniz beach took a loooong time as there was so much traffic queuing to get down which was a bummer as it should only take 10 mins with no traffic. The taxi system is very good though so you don't need a car.

Property was very spacious and in a quiet area.

Everything was bad from the minute we got to the villa, in the end the owner kicked us out because we complained how dirty and filthy it was and that someone needs to come and clean it. I have messages as proof how dirty it was and how he kicked us out! I have nothing nice to say about the villa or man himself! Ants all over the place, fridges are dirty and not been cleaned, pool was dirty couldn't swim in it, toilets hadn't been clean with wee & poo over them. The list goes on!

Everthing, Derek was great, showed us around area, got shopping list I messaged for us arriving, Even though seven of us was still very spacious and chilled. A fantastic holiday

We stayed here with family and friends in September 2023. The villa was exceptional and was more than we could of ever imagined. The villa was huge and still more than enough space for the 8 of us. It was very peaceful and only 5 min in the taxi down to the strip. Derek the host was amazing and had a drink with us on a few occasions, he was very helpful and told us the best places to eat and best places to shop. Everything in the villa was spotless, plus the outside and pool area. Can't recommend this villa enough, location was perfect, and the views were stunning. Excellent value for money. We have already been in contact with Derek about returning next year. Very Very happy with everything 😁 Thankyou Derek, and see you next year.

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Simply the location, directly beside the Babadag Mountains, yet only a 15 minute walk into Hisaronu and Ovacik. Lots of local supermarkets willing to deliver (the one we found), Emre, gave me his whatsapp number and he delivered everything within an hour of receiving my message. They don't compare with supermarkets for food range, but to get all your heavy liquids (beer, drinking water, soft drinks etc) delivered was great. We were also very impressed with the spaces at the Villa, bedrooms were great and the outside pool space was exceptional, 10 of us stayed and we had sunbathing, pool games and bat and ball games on the grass all going on at the same time.

We had the most fantastic holiday, so it would be knit-picking to try and find fault. We had no water one day for a few hours and a couple of short power outages, but these were mainly down to local utilities which we understand is an issue in Turkey generally.

The villa is very big, plenty of space and beautiful garden and pool. Gets lots of sun. When anything needed sorting out we only had to ask and it was dealt with quickly. comfortable living area.

Great Villa with loads of space for the family. Waking up to the backdrop of Bagadad will be missed. Great location. Can walk to Hisoranu in 20 minutes. Derek has a wealth of knowledge of the area when it comes to eating. Be sure to ask when there!

There is nothing negative to say about our stay. Will certainly be going back.
