La Zamora by The Blue Kite - 3BHK Villas near Vagator & Anjuna Beach with Private Pool, Garden, Terrace & Security

Very close to Vagator and Anjuna beach. The pool was very clean. Villa caretaker and the staff were very friendly.

The staff were amazing! The House keeping and cleaners were great. The location was also amazing.

The House, did not have any proper curtains in their rooms just a light sheet. This meant no privacy and the room was full of light in the morning so we couldn't get any sleep.

The property is conveniently located near beaches and restaurants. Saraswati who looks after the Villa was fantastic .

This property is was Villa no 7 , I was given a property which did not look like the property on booking.com. It was a completely run down and old property. The floor is old, all the shower handles etc. are broken and has really old run down decor. Kitchen cleaning was done every day and was not very clean. They did not clean the kitchen surface. Toilet floors especially in the downstairs toilets is very slippery , my elderly parents could have slipped and hence there should be a large anti slip mat. Toilet not cleaned properly No towels in downstairs bedroom and they never gave it in spite of request.j Swimming pool not cleaned everyday, we had to request this every day. They claim that they have a Zaccuzi on the terrace , please note it is not a Zacuzzi it is just a square stone tub with stagnated cold water - It was disgusting -It had used soap water in it when we went to see it . It wasn’t Cleaned. On request also - no one cleaned It Downstairs mattress is very thin and horrible and needs changing . When we requested changing this we were told that It’s the owners responsibility.

They’ve maintained it exceptionally well and the team of staff they have is very courteous.

Only thing is the villas are next to each other and sometimes the outdoors can get loud.
