Del Mar Villa

Spacious villa with a lovely pool in a nice location. We enjoyed the local area & the lovely big beds

The netting around the pool enclosure is torn in places & could do with replacing

I liked the pool, the place in general was great.

I didn’t like how it was infested with cockroaches and how they were all over the house and when we first came into the house and opened the dishwasher there was a whole mob of them. And throughout the stay we saw them in the kitchen and the living room going through the floor. And they crawled through the food and other places. Overall, I do not recommend the house because of how unhygienic it was. Until the house doesn’t grt the cockroaches terminated I don’t think it should be up for sale. If there were no cockroaches the house would be a 5.

Excellent location. Spacious and comfortable home. The pool is a great added touch. Lots of beach items to use. Washer and dryer was very handy. Close to the beach and very easy to get around the area.

Fantastic house, spacious, comfortable, beautiful pool area with grill. Fully equipped with everything even bikes! Location is just perfect, 5 minutes to the beach, to shopping center with great restaurants and bars, grocery store. Outstanding!! Will stay again, absolutely recommend!
