House of the period with some original features but with high quality modern additions. Perfect location for easy access to Orange but not on a busy road.

The owners went above and beyond for us after the NBN Cables failed and we had no WiFi. They had it fixed overnight and had the speed upgraded for us.

Lack of powerpoints in accessible places especially in the bedrooms

Induction oven difficult to use without manual. Back door kept opening.

A couple of little things. - bottom draw in bathroom pulled straight out and landed on my foot. Seems no stopper on the glide rails - went to roll down the TV room french door rhs blind and the chain dropped to the floor - wasn't connected - when getting iron out of laundry above bench cabinet - a large screw dropped out. Might need some handyman work done

Excellent home and very clean.
