Luna Santorini Suites

We stayed at Luna Santorini Suites in Pyrgos for 3 nights (Apr 9 – Apr 12), and overall the experience was excellent. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Catharine, who greeted us, was incredibly kind and helpful. She stayed in contact throughout our stay and guided us on visiting local attractions and planning trips around the island. During our stay, there was a famous Easter celebration happening, which we were not aware of before arriving, and Catharine kindly informed us so we could enjoy this special local experience. Housekeeping was outstanding – the room was cleaned every day, and everything was kept very neat and organized. We even noticed they carefully arranged our clothes nicely, which was a very thoughtful and unexpected touch. During our stay, it was also my wife’s birthday, and the hotel made it extra special by arranging complimentary champagne and a floating breakfast. It was a lovely surprise and made the celebration truly memorable. We also made a mistake during booking — we entered our child’s age as 1 year instead of 10 years. However, once they noticed this, they handled everything very smoothly. They removed the baby cot and arranged a comfortable sofa bed for our child without any hassle. Their flexibility and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. The only small challenge is the access to the property, as there are quite a few stairs from the main road. However, the staff kindly helped carry all our suitcases and luggage, which made things much easier. We truly loved the property, the peaceful atmosphere, and especially the warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

It’s up on the hill and can get lost for the very few first times. Maybe more direction signs along the way? We figured out we needed to follow “Rosemary restaurant” sign after getting lost a few time, especially during night time. It’s could be slippery by the hot tub and inside the room due to the material of the floor. Flip flops 🩴 offered from the place is one time used flip flops so they make the floor even more slippery, so maybe these could be changed? The normal good flip flop with good bottom would do the trick.

L'emplacement est vraiment top !! On est pas trop loin de tout. La vuue est magnifique et meme le chemin pour y aller est super, il y à un parking juste à côté gratuit. La chambre est vraiment belle et esthétique, c'est souvent à quoi on s'attend à Santorini ! Mais là c'était très très beau. Avec une terrasse et un jacuzzi privatif. Le personnel est top et vraiment accueillant !

Le seule petit hic, est le wifi, des fois on ne capte pas depuis la chambre, sûrement à cause de l'épaisseur des murs, mais sinon dans le salon c'est très bien ! (Petite astuce : dans la salle de bain quand on colle le téléphone à la petite fenêtre on à assez de wifi pour mettre de la musique :D) Et on aurais adoré avoir un micro-ondes, mais bon.. Et sinon, c'est pas très grave, mais on m'avais proposé de mettre une petite pancarte "joyeux anniversaire" et finalement à mon arrivée sa n'avais pas été fait 🤷🏼‍♀️. Mais c'est qu'un détail, le séjours était vraiment top !

Super séjour a Luna Santorini Suites. Ina a été d’une extrême gentillesse en nous surclassant. Logement magnifique, décoré avec goût et fonctionnel. Rapport qualité prix excellent et le village de Pyrgos est magnifique. Nous avons eu un gros coup de cœur pour ce village au centre de l’île, idéalement situé à 10min de l’aéroport, 20min d’Oia et 20min de l’extrémité ouest de l’île. Nous reviendrons!

Very beautiful design, spacious suite with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The owner was really helpful and available at all times to help us out with any information we required. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Since we visited out of season and it was raining before, the jacuzzi was dirty and not nice to use. The owner said someone would come and clean, but this didn‘t happen.

Tanto Ina como Durim son personas increíbles. Muy profesionales, trato excelente, amables… con cualquier duda/acontecimiento te ofrecen solución, se muestran disponibles para lo que necesites y tienen un corazón que no les cabe en el pecho. Son buenas personas llevando un buen negocio y por eso tienen esa armonía. Tanto para mi como para mi pareja la estancia ha sido de 10. Volveremos seguro, merece la pena. Si quieres vistas increíbles, privacidad, encanto y rodearte de buen feeling, Luna Suites son tu mejor opción. Además tienes extras a tu disposición que también te van a dejar sin palabras. Sin duda uno de nuestros mejores aciertos!
