The villa is really beautiful, located in the middle of a romantic tiny town. Just like in the photos. It is surrounded by huge peaks of the Alps, you will love it.

In case the host doesn't inform you, please ask him about the renovation works before you plan your trip. We have travelled 800 kilometers just to hear reconstruction works all the day long from 7:30 until 18:00. They work on an appartent next to yours (connected with just one door), you will heare every word and all the hammering. We have cancelled our stay after 3 days, got refounded too, but such a pity! If we new this, we wouldn't come here. Please be aware!!!

Spectacular villa, lovely garden, genuine historical atmosphere with modern facilities. Located in a beautiful, lively small village.

A wonderful escape into prior centuries with the luxury of modern years. Giovanni was incredibly helpful - using a translation app - to provide background about the house and its history, helped us around, and made us feel home. The house is a WOW in every room, restored with lots of love und passion for detail. A unique stay and treat for us after 10 days of hiking on the Alta Via 1.

Staying in this extraordinary house was one of the best parts of our trip. When I booked this, I could not quite believe that this property was available at this price, but it lived up to our very high expectations. Giovanni was an extremely gracious host (even when we left later than expected and showed up after 10PM), and is justifiably proud of the hard work his family has put into the restoration.

Our only complaints: The beds were not the most comfortable we have had, and the kitchen is on the small side and has no oven. I would advise against staying here with small children.

Stunning 14th century building with genuine 16 century furniture and surrounding with the 21st century comfort. We spent there 3 unforgettable days surrounded with magnificent Dolomites. Host Giovanni was a pleasure to meet, did all and above for our stay to be perfect.

It's an amazing villa, filled with history, antique furniture and decorations, good taste and warmth. The backyard/garden is also lovely. Location is excellent, close to the mountains and other beautiful towns like Belluno and Feltre, as well as Venice (1.5 hours drive). The owner tried his best to make us feel comfortable, to give us tips on where to eat, what to see/visit, etc. It's been a memorable experience and we'd love to visit again!

Amazing place with Pipo as a great host. Like living in a museum.
