"Très bon séjour au calme dans cette jolie villa bien exposée !"

La maison est jolie et fonctionnelle, bien exposée, la piscine est agréable et l'extérieur bien entretenu. Terrasse agréable toute la journée. Quartier très calme et propice au repos. Literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée, salon spacieux.

Système d'alarme et cadenas partout, c'est un peu contraignant mais apparemment indispensable. La maison est un peu loin de tout donc voiture indispensable pour faire les courses ou aller à la plage. Panne d'eau chaude mais dépannage rapide et efficace. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de PAC pour chauffer la piscine hors-saison, en avril l'eau était trop froide !

Schönes Anwesen, mit viel Platz, Ruhe und guter Sicht. Ausstattung der Küche ist gut. Ein Geschirrspüler ist aber nicht vorhanden. Es gibt aber eine Waschmaschine. Gute Lage, man ist mit dem Auto in 5-10 min in Moraira.

Das Haus und die Möbel sind sehr alt und abgenutzt und sollten erneuert werden. Die Betten zu allererst. Das WLAN ist im Wohnzimmer kaum noch vorhanden.
