"A Wonderfull stay!"

We rented the twin villas for our family of 10 (grand parents, kids and grand kids). It was very convenient as we had the younger ones in a villa and the "grown ups" in the other. The property is in a gorgeous setting and walking distance from beautiful medieval Bettona and a 30 minutes car ride from Perugia. The large swimming pool was wonderful, especially on warm days. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

"Great house, great location and great host"

Our host, Giulia, was doing a great job even before we got to the house. Any questions or isues we had, she gave quick and great answers/solutions. She did a great job making us feel comfortable while we were in the house as well. She gave us great info about the area and answered every question we had. The house it self was great too. It's a shared proberty with two houses, so you share the swimming pool, garden and parking spots, but there's plenty of room. The house was bigger than we had thought it would be, it has everything you need, nice rooms and bathrooms. We were surprised to find such good internet in the house. We can't recommend the house enough, and yet another "Thank you" to Giulia for making everything so easy.

Only little thing about the house that could do with an upgrade is the the beds. At least the big beds. And you need a car to stay in the house, but that's not really a dislike, you just have to plan accordingly.
