Villa Acacia

The location was brilliant not to far from the airport, very close to the supermarket and with some stunning views from around the residential complex With a car it is very easy to get to Playa Blanca, Yaiza the beach and the lovely Marina. The villa is very clean with dishwasher oven, hob and a barbecue. For our family of 4 it was a great base with some excellent facilities, pool and Jacuzzi. The villa is in a nice residential area and not really over looked. It has CCTV, an alarm and a electric gate which required a gate key to gain access, making us feel very safe at all times. The host was great, giving us really easy instructions to locate the villa and how to collect the keys. He replied to our questions very quickly and even provided us with suggestions of some places to visit and recommended restaurants for us to eat at.

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t the best. The villa is looking a little tired in some areas such as the pool tiles, jacuzzi hood and the sun loungers have definitely seen better days. The property would benefit from having air con in both bedrooms, my two children sharing the second bedroom did struggle to sleep at night with it being very hot. Also it’s a bit of a pain ensuring you have plenty of euros to feed the air con machine every night to ensure a good nights rest.
