The entire property was stunning. Beautiful villa in the middle of a lush landscape. Everything was very clean and well maintained, you felt that the welfare of the guests is very close to their hearts. The hostess was incredibly nice and helpful. Would love to come again!

The nearest village is about 10 mins away by car and for a larger group it takes some time to find a cab.

Great location, private villa and all very quiet. Just a short walk to the village and daily pastries and easy access on public transport to Arezzo for the day

The mosquitoes drove some of us mad. We should have been better prepared!

"A wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations."

This property is amazing. The two villa houses we took are in huge grounds, which were deep green even though it was 36 degrees and very dry. The swimming pool is very good and clean. The property has staff gardening, cleaning and keeping it all looking smart and attractive. All rooms have individual air-con which is very controllable. Our host met us on arrival and showed us around. A large box of salad and vegetables greeted us in the house. The house and kitchen are well equipped. The whole family were so friendly. They fired up the barbeque for us on the two occasions we used it. More salad and veg arrived. So helpful. We had planned to have loads of days out visiting nearby places. In the end we stayed mostly at the villa as it was so relaxing and easy. There is a good (Conad) supermarket about 3-4 miles away. Arezzo is about 15 minutes by car. Parking is 5 euros for all day.

One small issue. We did not know we had to pay extra for the air-con electricity in both houses. This was about £85 for two weeks in two houses. Not the end of the world but had we known, we would have been a tad more economical with it. The restaurant Il Murreto in the village is rather poor and not worth going to. Staff service was very poor, and the food so so.
