Kästen etwas modrig. Lebten aber aus dem Koffer.

Отличное расположение, территория и оснащенность дома (внутри есть почти всё, о чём вы могли бы подумать и пожелать, кроме биде). Хорошая планировка дома, относительно большой бассейн, оборудование для барбекю.

Мелкие технические проблемы и ремонт в доме немного уставший (хоть это и не мешало ничему).

Well equipped place, comfortable for 8-10 people. The location is very good.

The villa is great, really spacious, great facilities, really nice garden and pool. Also it has all the appliances for a long a stay and is positioned close to the ocean. Some grocery stores are nearby plus a pizza place that doubles as a gas station right next to it. Communication with the host was really good.

Weather was a bit cold, I'd suggest adding more blankets to compensate because the villa is quite big and the heaters are not enough. Warm water is also an issue if you're a large group of people - I guess during summer it's not a big deal but if you're going in spring or winter it's a concern. If you drive a large car or a van, parking inside the villa is not possible - we got lucky and found spots on the street but it's something to consider.

This four bedroom Villa is very spacious, well structured and clean with a cosy living room in the center. Huge kitchen with all the equipment you can think of. The Villa and it's surroundings is very child friendly. We had the swimming pool heated up to 27° which was perfect. We stayed at the Villa for two weeks in january 2025 so obviously it was a bit chilly at night but the sunny days for sure did made up for it. The host was very helpful and answered all questions promptly and Mesha, his on site assistant, had prepared a huge birthday cake for our granddaughter which had a four year old birthday the day of our arrival. She also did decorate the living room very nicely with balloons and birthday labels.

The rooms were equipped with a very comfortable beds except for this one large room on the ground floor which was equipped with a sofa bed and It was rather uncomfortable, at least for adults.

I must say that the Villa was perfectly equipped. There was really nothing missing. The communication with the owner was at a perfect level. Upon arrival we were approached by a contact person who briefed us on everything. She also gave us some good advice on trips. There is a restaurant and bar within walking distance. Parking right outside the Villa. The location is quite good in a quiet area. We also really appreciated the swimming pool.

Twice we experienced a problem with the water supply. From my point of view for our group of 10 people the water supply for the Villa was not sufficient. We informed the owner about this. He is planning to expand the capacity. Also the internet connection was not quite the best.

The property is very nice! Everything is well cared for.

The water system in Madeira is a mess and the property’s water installation caused us some troubles as we were 10 people. If the tank runs out of water then there may be some issues down the line.. but the hosts tried by all means to solve it! thanks!
