Villa Casa Cielo by OriVista

Super beautiful, comfortable and clean villa in a lovely neighborhood. I loved the location! It was so close to all my favorite restaurants and the hosts helped us with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable we had the best night sleep and the pool is amazing to cool off during a hot day! Definitely will come back!

The Villa looks exactly like the pictures, is a beautiful place to stay, nice aesthetic, good location- in Canggu but not in the centre of it all, there's free Wifi, alot of privacy, there's also a 10am cleaning service that comes to the villa who is lovely, there's also a water filling area for clean cold and hot drinking water in the kitchen, is a fairly quiet villa you can hear a rooster in the morning and the neighbourhood dogs bark when people are noisy walking down the alley way. Overall was a lovely place to stay.

There's no reception and it's just the one villa you don't have someone face to face to talk to. So you have to contact them through Booking.com messaging or Whatapp. Which is fine if you like the privacy but they did keep sending me too many messages through booking.com (13 messages over 5 days- was a bit much for me). I also arranged before hand for someone to wait for us at the accomodation so we could check in because we were arriving late at night and it was me and another girl. So 2 girls trying to find a villa late at night that isn't listed on google maps wouldn't of been ideal (we ended up saving the location when we got there into Grab to make it easier to book/get around). So I feel like they should always have someone there for Check in and you shouldn't have to request it- maybe include an Airport Transfer Service that can take you straight there. I do really appreciate having the 2x staff members waiting for us on the main road though. There was no way we would've been able to find it on our own because it was down an alley way. They walked us to the Villa, showed us around and told you what's available which was lovely but I do think they should have some kind of compendium in the Villa for the area, contact numbers, things to do, etc. I also think that breakfast should be included as it isn't walking distance to any cafes/breakfast places and is a bit more remote in the area of Canggu. Also there's no safe for the room which I really think they should add.

The villa is new.

(Edit: In response to reply) - I was not referencing the safety box in the amenities, it was the "fully equipped kitchen" that consisted of a water filter in which the hot tap didn't work, no kettle, & a microwave that was also faulty, no saucepans to be able to boil water on a stovetop, so no way to heat up our baby's formula. All which we have evidence of in a conversation with you on Whatsapp. Your claim of "other things that aren't true" can also be backed up with photographic evidence and Whatsapp conversations. The TV, I have a screenshot of this being advertised on your villa ad. You also admitted to us that Booking.com doesn't have a space on the website where you can notify patrons about the road access, & directed us to your AirBnB (even though we did not book through AirBnB) where you had written that "The road access is a bit narrow only a small car can pass to the villa. Guest might expect to walk a bit to reach the villa". I note you have now removed this from AirBnB - however, I still have the screenshot. The cot, we had agreed to pay on check in to the villa, however the villa was self-check-in with no one to greet us. Therefore could not pay for/inspect the cot - another lie from Azure. That was the 4th cot we had hired in Bali, & the first time we received a cot with only a base, no mattress, not even a sheet? Booking.com was on our side and did not reject our claim, you did. Misleading ad on Booking.com. Villa is only accessible by scooter - not by car and is not wheelchair accessible. Required to walk approx 150m on uneven road. Cot provided for my 6-month-old had no mattress. Construction site right next door which we were not informed about. The amenities listed were not included in the villa. No television, even though it is mentioned in the ad. We checked out after our first day as our baby had nowhere to sleep as the cot provided was unusable.
