Keyla Canggu Villa

Location was convenient for shops and restaurants. The staff member responsible for the villa, Arta, was extremely helpful and complied efficiently with all requests. The private pool was a great bonus with 2 small children who love to swim!🤙👏👏😀

The roof leaks were disruptive and inconvenient. Not enough kitchen basics.

The property is spacious, modern and has 3 separate bedrooms with ensuites. Perfect for families, the pool was the perfect size, and the staff and property manager so attentive and polite. It’s in a great location, not with all the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to it. Would definitely stay again.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The property was great for the five of us to stay together, the location was good and only a short walk to the beach. The staff were very helpful and cleaned daily and replenished water. Pool was good.

Although the property was cleaned daily, it felt like it needed a really deep clean and a bit of a refurb - a bit tired in places and could do with some more attention to detail. There was also lizard droppings in the cutlery drawer which was a bit off putting. The crockery and cooking utensils could do to be updated. There weren’t enough loungers for the pool - only one.

The location was fantastic. Being a family with a young child, the lockable doors and living area made it easy to relax. We felt safe in the villa. The staff were so kind and helpful.

It was in a relatively good location, walkable to many spots. Pool was good and pics were pretty much what we expected. Big rooms and bathrooms

A few issues with ants etc, but we're quickly cleaned up. The place is probably due a coat of paint. Overall all good.
