Hill Top - Scenic Villa W Panoramic Views & Pool

It was a big place for a lot of people.

Owner NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY for things wrong. Leaking bathroom sink(told plumber was coming, never saw him), malfunctioning kitchen stove(affecting our Xmas Eve dinner!!), two beds BROKE (the frames) during the stay under the weight of slim people, upstairs deck looked and felt like a non-contractor built it, not safe! Stairway railing shook when you walked down stairs, advertised five bedrooms but only three in main house and “casita” not advertised, random people driving back and forth on property and walking their dogs, all electrical outlets in upstairs bathroom didn’t work!! Owner refused to take responsibility or compensate even a tiny bit for these substandard things that affected our stay! We also had to go buy bowls and cups for the kitchen! And an air mattress! Extremely disappointed that the owner disregarded us after we paid $3200 for four nights. We began calling it “The Minion House” because it was as if the “Minions” (from the movies) had built it.

Great house! Perfect for our family and our baby shower! We loved it!

The scenic views from the villa were wonderful, however, the sunrises and sunsets were magnificent from different patios and outdoor seating areas. There was plenty of room to visit and relax for our group of 12 adults. This home was close to all the shops and restaurant you could need, yet it felt like it was way out in the desert hills-especially to us Easterners. The scenic villa met our needs perfectly.
