Loved being surrounded by beautiful, stylish furnishings.

An absolutely amazing stay, in a beautiful old home. Super comfortable bed, large room and verandah (junior suite). The pool area was stunning and we spent a lot of time there. Beautiful gardens too. Incredibly attentive staff that are always at hand to offer tea, coffee, soda etc. We were so well taken of, it was difficult to leave. Lovely breakfast and chai masala, one morning our hosts were so kind as to pack our breakfast up for us to take on an early morning start. Multiple times a day our water was replenished and towels etc changed, bed made, incense or oil burners lit. Couldn't have been more perfect.

You do need transport to get around as not much nearby on foot. Or pay for tuktuks/taxi. We had a scooter which was great

The caretakers were fantastic. The property was very quiet once inside. We rented the upstairs terrace room.

Not directly related to the property itself but the car company that they used had sent a driver by the name of Ashraf who was extremely difficult and tricky. Refused to take us to the most common tourist places where cars are allowed but he insisted that car can't go in or even said that he didnt know the place. One day he took Rs 300 for parking and the next day we realized that parking is Rs 30 for each location, no more.

Very peaceful locatuon. and the house is maintained very clean. The staff were very helpful. The quality of food was very good.. Plenty of books are there to read.

Limited choice for breakfast. Wifi strength not good at all areas. TV should have been provided at all rooms.

Optimal location in the quieter residential area of Reis Magos, Nerul, yet only 15 minutes drive away from Sinquerim Beach (Fort Aguada) or Panjim's Fontainhas old quarter in either direction. With only three rooms allocated for guests and plenty of space including multiple dining areas, it often feels like one has the entire place (including the pool) to oneself!

Homely, stunning furnitures, open dining space, tasty home made food, ultra clean washrooms, plenty of towels, absolutely co-operative staffs especially Sanjay. Quite near to beachfront pubs.

Network issues(phone carrier) is the only problem.

Nothing as such

The room was so comfortable and the breakfast incredible. We enjoyed the pool and the relaxation. An ideal place if you're looking for comfort. Staff were attentive.

Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated
