Chalet des Roses - Fantastic & renewed Villa 7p

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und die Lage perfekt: nah beim Meer und im Zentrum von de Haan.

Alles war in Ordnung

No breakfast. Location was excellent.

It was a nice house in a good position, but for the price we paid, we expected better. On arrival everyone immediately noticed that the house had not been cleaned properly, but the bed linen was clean. The coffee machine did not work, the kettle was dirty inside and needed replacing, and there was no roasting tray so we had to buy one of those. The biggest problem was that we had no hot water for the last 36 hours. We contacted yourselves twice, and the owners four times with no response...very disappointing. We found a boiler engineer but he could not come to the house until Wednesday morning, which was when we vacated the house. A response to our emails and telephone calls would have been appreciated.

Lovely house very close to tram, bus, restaurants and shops. Clean and lots of room for our group of six.

- Nice house overall - Perfect location - Nearly everything you could imagine is provided, also for babies and children (even baby chairs, toys, puzzles, books,...) - Lovely garden

- Garage does not fit a medium sized car - Some small details could be improved (wooden floor in corridor is 1cm higher than bathroom floor - which made us stumble multiple times, not enough toilet paper provided for our stay, one power outlet needs to be repaired) - No human contact at check-in/check-out
