Zwembad, ligging, douche, alles op benedenverdieping. Goede afwasmachine ook. Leuke tuin. Parking voor auto vlakbij.

Geen 'modern' koffiemachine (zoals Dolce Gusto of Senseo). Geen zenders op de televisie. De radio had geen stopcontact en geen ontvangst.
