We never got to the property, despite having booked 2 months in advance, they changed our booking to a different location, 3 days before our stay!!! And to make matters worse they then changed it AGAIN on the day of check in all due to double bookings, we ended up being in a place where we were not comfortable, plans changed and we were in very separate rooms unlike the original holiday home we had booked, we ended up in a BnB with individual rooms, which was frustrating because we had no sense of privacy and we were staying with other guests, very disappointed, and then they refused to refund us

The property we ended up being in was accommodating but was not at all what we had planned for

The property worked very well for us all. Good communal areas. Good to have 2 fridges.

The neighbouring annex had a noisy door that dragged along the floor. More cutlery. Instructions for the oven. Couldn’t get it hot enough.
