Luxurious Villa Anastasia

Nice villa. And grate hospitality fron the ouner. Took care of us and helped finding what we needed Comfertable villa with all the requred facilities.

The pool was too cold.

Περασαμε καταπληκτικά.Πηγαμε 2 οικογενειες με παιδιά! Το σπίτι ηταν φοβερό, καθαρο και περιποιημένο. Η κα Αναστασία εκανε φοβερή δουλειά με το σπίτι ,με πολύ μεράκι, και αυτο φαίνεται. Είχε αφήσει χυμους και κρουασαν για τα παιδια, ακόμα και πετσετες για τη πισινα και γενικα τα ειχε όλα. Ο κήπος πολυ ομορφος και η πισινα καθαρή. Ευχαριστούμε πολυ!

The place is very well situated, near to many tourist locations, beaches, and even near the fourth in size city in Greece, Patras, so you have lots of places to visit. Lots of "Tavernas" around, where you can enjoy the greek cuisine. The house has everthing you need, even a back yard grill where you can grill a whole pig, if you want... :)... Anastasia is a very carry lady, looking that you feel great at all times... As location , look for Lampiri, on the coast road, then turn to Ziria on a small (narrow!) local road on the other side of the highway... It's quiet and you can admire the view of the sea from your balcony... Closest tavernas are Mazarakis (in Lampiri) just a few hundred meters away, ans lots of Tavernas in Seliniki Beach (about 5 Km east...). From Patras and Kyllini you can take the ferry visit two great islands, Kefalonia and Zakynthos... Enjoy!

Not really a downside, but the rooms at the ground level do not have air conditioning, just fans. Could be a great ideea to mount one for the whole area. The upper level is ok...

Only rocky beaches nearby and lack of restaurants in the approach. Nice restaurants and taverns can be found only at approx 25-30 min driving.

When we arrived, we were met by the host. She provided us with the key, a tour around the villa and her cell phone number in case we needed anything during our stay. Everything was crystal clean and thoughtfully organized. The house is not so new, but it is very well kept. The pool was amazing and kept to very good standards. It has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms but sleeps comfortably 8 people. Overall it was a great experience.

Excellent and very comfortable house with everything you need, with enough place for few families or 9-10 people. Excellent well cared pool and garden furniture. The place is very peaceful with awesome view. Very friendly, easy to communicate host.
