Villa Luna by Aguilarent

😀 washing mashine/plenty of hot water/pool nice.

The property was directly opposite to a BUILDING SITE 8am till 6pm NOISE. NOT FIR FOR RENTAL. The photographs were different from the photos when booking. Master bedroom/lounge flooded after storm. Agents didn’t bother coming out. Wall by sunbathing area hit by construction digger and badly damage - Agent didn’t bother coming out. Showers dirty/showers leaking/ no plastics glasses for around pool area/ Beds uncomfortable/no cushions on Sun loungers as shown on photograph/no cleaning products.

La villa est magnifique, spacieuse, propre et située à 10 min en voiture de la plage de l’Arenal où il y a beaucoup d’animation et de restos pour le soir. La piscine est très grande et très belle!

Le grand chantier juste à côté qui commençait à 8h00 du matin.

We loved the Villa and the outside space. Very convenient location for supermarkets, beach and restaurants.

We weren’t happy when the power went off and we had to wait over an hour before we spoke to someone. Instead of coming out and sorting the problem, we were expected to sort the problem out with instructions over the phone. We had to climb Villa wall as we couldn’t open electric gate and then go down the road to an electrical box and try and understand what we needed to do. This took so long we had to throw food away and we all felt that we shouldn’t have been put in this position. Surely this should have been sorted by the company. We were also disappointed with the state of some of the equipment for use. An outside sunbed was not fit for purpose and broke instantly and you could tell it was repaired on previous occasions. An umbrella outside needed to be repaired and chairs had material/trim falling off edges, table tennis bats had to be glued to use, outside table and chairs near BBQ we’re wobbly and could be dangerous. The Villa just needs some basic maintenance and it shouldn’t be up to the client to resolve these problems.
