The house is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The host is friendly and accomodating.

The streets are narrow but i understand it's beyond the owner's control.

Big villa totally furnished.

The environment of the location. No carbon monoxide detector. Especially upstairs was hardly oxygen in the bed -and bathroom.

The overall accommodation environment is very good. The supporting facilities are complete.

The power supply in the whole area is unstable. Power outages also cause water outages, which is inconvenient.

"A gem in Alijis, Bacolod! Its perfect for a big group of travellers seeking a very comfortable stay."

The whole villa is themed and planned beautifully cohesively with lots of comfortable spaces for a group type of 7 adults and 6 kids. The kids love the dipping pool too.

Minor for us but the location of the villa.
