Nothing very bad !!!

What a pathetic place Bedroom was in a very bad state Bedsheets weren't changed The rooms were smelly Floor was not cleaned . Ceiling was broken Washrooms were dirty filled with dirt. Swimming pool was uncleaned The owner didn't even had the cortuousy to ask for our refund ! There's beautiful videos pics posted on this booking site.Thought that it would be pleasant staying there But unfortunately our desire got unfulfilled Looking at this pathetic situation we left immediately within 10 minutes. We felt we aren't safe here !

We had booked Shah Villa, and the moment we saw it for the first time, we instantly liked it. It perfectly fit within our group’s budget, which made it even better. The view from the villa was amazing, and the surroundings outside were just as beautiful and refreshing. We had a great time partying. The swimming pool area was open to the sky, and light rain was falling, which made the experience feel really special. We enjoyed dancing and partying on the deck area—it was a total vibe! The villa also had a restaurant menu placed inside, and the restaurant was just a 5-minute walk away. However, we chose to order food and got free delivery, which was very convenient. The food was budget-friendly, and since we were 10 friends, we managed to get all meals—lunch, dinner, and breakfast—for just ₹600 per person. Overall, we absolutely loved the villa. It was a great place to party, relax, and enjoy with friends. Highly recommended!

The deck area beside the pool was perfect for dancing and partying, adding a fun touch to our stay. We were also impressed with the beautiful view from outside the villa—it truly added to the overall charm. One of the best parts was the convenience of food. Just 10 minutes away from the villa, there’s a restaurant, and the villa even had the restaurant’s menu available. As soon as we placed our order, the food was delivered to the villa within 15 minutes. The meals were budget-friendly, and we got a complete vegetarian meal plan for just ₹600 per person, which included breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We were a group of 10 friends and paid a total of ₹6000 for all three meals, and it was more than enough for everyone. Overall, Shah Villa gave us a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it for a fun and comfortable stay with friends.

We recently booked Shah Social Party Villa for a get-together, and honestly, we were really impressed. The villa was clean, spacious, and had a really nice vibe. The swimming pool was properly cleaned and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. There was also a good deck area near the pool where we danced and enjoyed the party. The view outside the villa was beautiful and relaxing. Plus, there was enough parking space for our cars and bikes, so we didn’t have to worry about that. Overall, we had a great time. It’s a perfect place for both friends and family gatherings. Totally worth it!

One of the highlights of our stay was the seamless restaurant tie-up, offering 24/7 hot, fresh, and budget-friendly food delivered quickly. We brought our own drinks and snacks, which was no issue at all, and simply reheated them in the villa's kitchen. Bringing our own disposable plates and glasses worked perfectly for our group. All of this comes at an unbelievably affordable cost—comparable to a pizza party for 10 people! This was my third stay here, and I felt it was finally time to share how amazing this place is. With nearly 80 villas in the area, Saturday nights transform into a lively party zone. Instead of splurging 10x more in Mumbai pubs (where swimming isn’t even an option), head to Shah Social Party Villa for a perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Highly recommend it for groups of friends, couples, or anyone looking for a serene yet vibrant experience!

For the price I don't see much negative But rooms walls must be repainted although we just wanted to party on deck area and swimming pool so thats just awesome
