The Beauty and quite surroundings Safety was tops The house smelled so good The beds slept so good We loved the restaurant on the estate, the swimming pool, the big jungle gym area, as well as the small pool at the kids park. Difficult to keep doors open because of monkeys but that really was the only “problem” we experienced and that is a problem everywhere.

Beautiful place, felt like home. Unit is walkjng distance to the communal pool. 5 minute drive to other pools and dams. Simbithi Eco Estate is safe and secure. Kiddies loved the outdoors, hiking, fishing, golf. . Host was very accommodating.

Only 1 restaurant in the estate. No grocery store or gym, however shops are nearby the estate but you have to exit.

The estate is beautiful. The apartment is very nice.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property. After paying the full amount upfront for my booking, I was shocked to discover an unexpected and mandatory additional fee of R680 required enter the estate, just to access the premises. This was never disclosed during the booking process. Despite raising the issue with the host, they refused to reimburse me for this hidden charge. This lack of transparency feels unfair and unprofessional, leaving a very negative impression of their service. I strongly urge future guests to confirm all potential fees upfront before booking to avoid similar frustrations.

The state is very nice. Specially the walking / bike trails. Pools of the community centers in the estate are nice but very crowded, and somehow not as clean as expected. Pool by the apartment on the contrary is excellent and clean. The flexibility to allow later checkout was very appreciated.

The apartment is overloaded with furniture, little space available. The jacuzzi is there but not part of the offering.

It was a bit too hot. Air cons would have been nice in the lounge and dining area.

The host has detailed instructions on entry at the main gate, key collection with a video tutorial so it was very easy to gain access into the property.
