Would be nice to have a maid service the unit on the weekend. And a dishwasher would be great as well.

A beautiful place in park like surroundings. The sunsets were amazing. Sandy was a fantastic host. The place was clean, neat, well equipped and comfortable. Our family had a lovely weekend.

"Partly excellent, and partly not ok."

Simbithi eco estate is wonderful. It exceeded our expectations. You have wonderful nature walks, the restaurant at the golf club is fabulous for golfers and for families with the protected play area. The estate is close to the beach. The beds in the apartment were excellent, the pool area belonging to the apartments is clean, spacious and not busy at all. And best of all, we experienced no load shedding.

The advertising is misleading. We thought we rented a luxurious villa, but it was a spacious apartment on the 2nd floor. The promised dishwasher wasn't there, but this was solved by an excellent helper who did the dishes 5 of the 7 days. There was no coffee maker (I was told it was broken by the previous tenants, and maybe by Monday it would be repaired), but when I said that was unacceptable someone brought a coffee machine the same day. The lounge suite is looking very sad with the cracks and holes. The furniture outside has been repaired in a way with metal wire sticking out at eye hight of toddlers (we had a 20 months old toddler and a 3,5 year old with us), But as said above the apartment is very spacious and the beds are excellent.

The rooms are spacious, very clean, everything that appeared in the booking.com is exactly what we got.

The last minute communication regarding the security fee, the noise limitation frustrated us a bit as we a group of friends.
