"Don’t hesitate to book this lovely stay!"

Everything was well thought out in this lovely 2 bedroom cottage. There was lots of space to relax in the living room and 2 patio areas. The kitchen table/island was well suited for eating and computer work as well. The additional coffee table came in handy and the sofa and chair with ottoman were comfortable. We used the kitchen to cook a meal and the hosts graciously left some fruit, granola and coffee. There were plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and cleaning products. They even left some bug spray and sunblock. Very thoughtful touches. Having a washing machine was and added feature. A+ stay!!!

The only hiccup we had was figuring out how to turn on the oven. Instructions on the welcome letter would have been helpful, but we contacted the host who told us that there was a switch that needed to be flipped on in order for the oven to function, No problem, as the host got back to us very promptly.

Oaktree House ist ein Traum - liebevoll eingerichtetes, stylisches und extrem sauberes Smarthouse mit Garten, in welchem man sich von der ersten Sekunde an wohlfühlt. Da stimmt einfach alles und ist alles auf den Kunden abgestimmt: tolle Kommunikation, beste Check-in und Check-out Zeiten, Waschmaschine, Tumbler, Kaffeemaschine, Fruchtsaft, Filtriertes Wasser, grosser Fruchtkorb, frische Milch und Müesli, hochwertige Produkte und Mobiliar. Das Haus mag teuer sein, aber es lohnt sich. Es wurde an alles gedacht und verdient für den extra Service mehr als 10 Punkte.

Nichts - ausser dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten.

"Our favourite place to stay in Nelson"

This is the second time we have stayed at Oaktree. Great facilities, comfy beds, quiet yet close to Trafalgar St, cafes and bars and retail precinct. So much better than staying in a hotel! The owner, Hamish is very responsive and a great host.

Great location ..

HOPE YOU WERE TRYING TO BE FUNNY .. didn’t appreciate the bad joke about being old with regard to Alexa !! Smart houses are nothing new..

"Perfect hidden gem"

Exceptional wee unit! Wee gem hidden away in the heart of Nelson. Beautiful decor and the bathroom was perfection 👌 the floor in shower had the the slight slope so water didn't spill out on main floor.

Everything was fabulous! Finding it was a bit hard via Google. But when we went around the block we found it straight away.
