Olea Valley Villa 7

Our experience was outstanding. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the property, which is fully equipped to meet the needs of any family vacation. The house is elegantly decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Kostas, our host, was exemplary in his hospitality. We highly recommend this property.

The property was beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The appliances were excellent and easy to use. The hosts provided fantastic extras, including beach and bath towels, washing tablets for the machine, a salon-quality hairdryer, mosquito plug ins and extra towels/sheets. Each bedroom had air conditioning, and both balconies offered beautiful views. The pool area was also excellent, with lovely loungers and umbrellas. It was never too busy, though that might have been due to the time of year. The property is an easy walk to the port, where a long promenade awaits with bars and restaurants. The area is very family-friendly, and the local beaches along the Sithonia peninsula are exceptional, offering plenty for families to do. We traveled with three teenagers and would highly recommend the hosts, who were fabulous and offered many recommendations and advice. I was a very happy and relaxed mom.

Not for party animals definitely a beautiful family location.

We had a wonderful stay at Olea Valley Villa 7! The villa is very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We especially enjoyed the well-kept garden, the clean pool and we truly appreciated the peaceful evenings on the terrace. The location is excellent – just a few minutes' walk from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything went perfectly. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place.

Girls said that the light around mirrors was not very good for doing make-up and that there should be a light in the bathroom around mirror, but that was not a big deal. They used the mirror in the bedroom, but then there is no space for all the "things" they use :)

The villa was very nice, the kitchen was very well equipped with all the appliances we needed, we loved that there was a half bathroom downstairs. The pool was very nice and we loved the children playground. Everything was exceptional.

We didn't find anything we didn't like.

The interior marble tiles and design. The pool and the children area were really nice, the bbq too. We enjoyed that the facility was not overcrowded (beg of Sept) and we could use the bbq and pool at times just by ourselves. Communication with the host was exceptional.

Overall the house is great, however there were some minor things that could be improved. The shower was hanging loose and the toilet doors couldn't lock for privacy. Not sure if this is attributable to the facilities or the location of the house in general but we smelled unpleasant odour a few times, somewhat canal like smell. Nothing major but could still be improved.
