Zatrikion Santorini Villas

Theodosia was welcoming and it was a fantastic experience. They had cleaning service every day with new towels. Quite place and ideal for families with kids.

Everything: the location, the wonderful staff, the breakfast, the facilities, the views, the pool, the umbrellas, the decorations, the plants, etc. Everything was special like in a dream!

One of the most special places I’ve ever stayed Zatrikion is one of those rare places that you instantly fall in love with. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly by Theodosia, who is honestly one of the most genuine and kind-hearted people I’ve ever met. She took the time to explain everything to us about the island, sharing tips and suggestions like a true local. Nothing was ever a problem, and her hospitality made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. The accommodation itself was absolutely perfect. Everything was exactly like the photos on Booking.com, only better. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully set up. The place was cleaned so well every single day, which made it feel fresh and peaceful throughout our stay. The kitchen was so well stocked, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. And the views… absolutely breathtaking. I still can’t believe we had better views than some of the top restaurants on the island, so we often chose to stay in and soak it all in. It’s worth noting that Zatrikion is only accessible by car, which we actually loved. It meant we were away from the busy crowds and could enjoy the peaceful side of the island. There was ample parking, and even our parked cars had the most perfect views. Everything about this place just felt thoughtful and serene. I’ve completely filled the storage on my phone because every single moment here was worth capturing. It’s the kind of place you dream of visiting, and now that we’ve been, I know we’ll be back again for sure. I actually have tears in my eyes as I write this because I already miss it. I truly feel like I’ve made a friend in Theodosia and I can’t wait to see her again. If you’re looking for a real, authentic Greek experience in a stunning location, this is it. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Our fantastic host, Theodosia, was there to meet us as soon as we pulled up in our taxi. She kindly welcomed us and gave us a tour of the property, telling us everything we needed to know, before handing us over our keys. We were blown away with how beautiful the property was - it had everything we needed and more and the photos truly do not do it justice, the views are beautiful and by far the best views we saw throughout our whole week in Santorini! Besides being beautifully decorated, the property was comfortable and to a very high standard of cleanliness. House keepers attended the room daily and did a fantastic job - we would like to thank both ladies for this! You can order breakfast from the host which was delivered to our room and was very tasty with fresh ingredients (we would recommend you try this!). Lastly we would like to thank Theodosia our host for being so kind, welcoming and always being on hand for any questions we had - truly nothing was too much trouble for her. Theodosia sourced us a beach buggy for us to use to travel around the island, gave us fantastic local restaurant recommendations and also helped us find great takeaway options for the days we didn’t feel like leaving the villa! Thank you for making our stay so very special :) We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to come to Santorini - you will not find anywhere better than this, it is perfect! You are within walking distance of a local village, Prygos, which has some of the best restaurants and views we saw all week. There is also a bus stop in Prygos where you can travel to Oia and Fira for only €2 each way and only takes about 20-30 minutes. Thank you very much Zatrikion and Theodosia for providing us with a holiday that was above and beyond our hopes and expectations! We hope to come back in the future :)

What can I say about this gorgeous accomodation and the hostess except WOW. Breathtakingly beautiful scenery, comfortable, spotlessly clean villa with hot tub and access to an amazing infinity pool area to watch fantastic sunsets over the beautiful Caldera. Theodosia attended to our every need and was very friendly and helpful. We had a late flight on our last day and she allowed us to stay at the pool, provided us with area to store our suitcases, extra towels and shower area. Highly recommend a stay here, if you are visiting Santorini. 😀

The location, atop all of Santorini was magnificent. Seclusion from the crowds of Oia and Thera was so nice. Theodosia, the host, is as good as it gets. Her genuine kindness and passion for hospitality is unmatched. I’ve stayed in the cave houses of Oia and the expensive resorts of Thera and Zatrikion is by far, my favorite. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.
