Peaceful location, nice and comfortable house, warm, close to the hiking trails, easy communication.

A minor thing and there were no guests when we stayed here, but there is another house on the same plot of land, which is not mentioned anywhere.

Really cozy and comfortable house in mountains. Views from windows are amazing. There are everything you need in the house. The one inconvenience was the shower, it take time to adjust the temperature. Nevertheless we had a good time there. Thank you for hospitality, we will come again!

The house is located in an isolated location, away from any source of noise, right near the wood. Several hiking trails start right at the same place, which is super convenient. Amazingly helpful host, beautiful interior.

Please note - the house is located on a hill. The road leading to the house is steep and may be super slippery/muddy in rainy days. Getting up the hill on a non 4x4 car may require special skills. It's also possible to leave the car down the hill and make final 200m on foot, but you'll also need to carry all your stuff up the hill with you. Hand shower needs to be fixed, but I'm sure the owner will resolve this promptly.

its very cozy and private (even though the windows are seethrough in the hall and kitchen) its in the middle of a beautiful forest and a hiking trail next to you with wild horses around the area, very quite and 8 min away from the city, it has 2 bed rooms with a double bed and an extra folding bed in each room, it has hot water and a washing machine, most improtantly it has (shataf) in the toilet, wifi is good and the kitchen has all what you need. it has a nice outdoor area with a swing for the kids and a fire place with nice lights. we enjoyed it very much and highly recommend it for a getaway.

the road to the house needs a 4 wheel jeep car better to get you up the mountain, thankfully our car was a jeep, but we saw normal sedan cars coming up also, the tea kettel needs to be washed with vinigar and under the sofa needs to be cleaned a bit 😉 , always buy your grocery before you go back👍everything else was perfect 😘

Great location, in the middle of the forest but only 10 minutes by car from the center of Borjomi. Very cozy, good for 4 people, we were 5 and it was a bit tight. The kitchen is full equiped with all you need, there is also a washing machine. We stayed 4 nights in late September, the heating worked well.

The beds were not so comfy, but we slept well. The shower has no curtains so you have to wipe the flour and toilet every time after taking a shower.

Problem with hot water. The host is not friendly
