Very clean, washer/dryer, fireplace, great location

Needs better pots/pans

Very cute place even my mother in law like it.

A little confused on the parking for our house wish there was a spot with a sign.

The house is exactly as in the photos.

The shower pressure is not good and they didn’t have oil and salt in the kitchen.

The cabin itself is cosy, clean and warm. It has everything you need for a short stay. Everything seems new and we really like the interior.

It is advertised as a 2 bedroom and it is not. It is one room and a "loft" with 2 mattresses on the floor and less than 1m high, it can feel claustrophobic, it is very very low. We were expecting to have a mountain feeling but we had a construction zone in front of us and a main road, not the views we were expecting from the pictures. Locating the cabin is difficult if you arrive at night as there is no map of the cabins distribution or anything as you enter, that could be useful Based on the pictures I was disappointed and felt that it was misleading in terms of the outdoors.

We actually didn't stay at this property but were upgraded at no extra cost to a much larger spot due to a construction issue. It was beautiful! Had we been traveling with more companions it would have been probably the absolute best place in the area to book! It was very clean with modern conveniences. I really appreciated that both locations offered washer and dryer and a full kitchen! I appreciated the welcome booklet which made it very easy to find places near by such as food and recreation. I was pleased also to have access to Netflix and Prime without hassle. You can't get that at a normal hotel these days at all. Thank you! We also appreciated that we could bring our pets. We made sure to leave the place as clean as we found it so that we are welcomed back. Thank you for giving our fur babies a chance. They were very well behaved as we promised. It's so hard for pet owners to travel anywhere. Not many places accommodate guests like this. Please don't ever chance that!

Our stay was so wonderful, it's hard to think of what we didn't like. We were very pleased overall. I think the only thing that would have been nicer would be to have easier access to trash and recycling. We had a very hard time locating the dumpsters on the Bretton Woods resort. If I'd change 1 thing about our stay it would be that. Each property/area should have it's own place so that renters don't have to search for one.

Spectacular new house. Very well equipped. Perfect for a family of 4. It's probably even better in winter than in summer.

The kitchen/fridge was forgotten to be cleaned on arriving. There was no response to our complaint about that. The outside fireplace is overlooking a major construction area (ahead information about this would be fair), so it's nothing you would want to use right now. Also it is overlooking the very frequented road.
