Beautiful Villa Dionysus with Private Pool in Peaceful Location - Aphrodite Hills

Lovely space. Location suited us.

Small number if maintenance issues

The villa was spacious, tidy, and clean. The pool was heated, there was plenty of outdoor space, and there were gas and charcoal grills, a large terrace, and a table tennis table. The staff were friendly and helpful.

On a windy (stormy) day, the wind blew through the gaps in the window frames and rattled the shutters. Some kind of heater was humming loudly in the basement. In December, if you want to heat water for washing, you have to turn on the water heater in advance.

Outdoor swimming pool (worth all the money for the heating in winter), facilities, outdoor space, air conditioning in all rooms worked well for heating in February, barbecue, TV with 1000’s of channels, cooking herbs in the garden :)

Location a bit far from village center but we knew that from the beginning, you definitely need a car to get around.

Shower water is cold. Although wait for long time heating, still not warm enough. We are five person, need to wait really long time in between. AC in one of the bedroom is not working well.

Spacious villa with a well equipped kitchen, lovely garden and a pool. TV had hundreds of movies and serials from very old (like entire Simpsons) to new (like Pluribus). There was a cute local cat visiting. A couple of pretty good restaurants in nearby Kouklia. Very nice garden with a sheltered patio and a gazebo. Note that you will definitely need a car to get to and from the villa as it is not close to the main roads, attractions and the sea.

TV had lots of entertainment available but it would be even better if Netflix and Amazon Prime were possible to use (even if only our own). There was no tea in the kitchen and very few coffee capsules. Table mats woven from plastic strands are not very hygienic; simple cotton mats would be much better.
