Мястото за настаняване е пълен потрес и не отговаря на снимките и условията. Много фалшиво рекламиран. Това не е вила а отделни стаи и апартаменти. Нашето настаняване беше за 18 човека (8 стаи), получихме имейл че ключовете са на вратата. Рецепция няма! Никой от персонала или собствениците не се появиха до края на престоя ни. Стайте са много амортизирани няма никаква поддръжка, стени и тавани с петна и паднала боя и мазилка, стаята не беше почистена, беше много мръсно навсякъде прах, косми от предходни ползватели и паяци, спално бельо и чаршафите не бяха почистени имаха жълти и черни петна. Баня - изгнили мебели, ръжда по душа и аксесоарите за поставяне на кърпи, плочки не почистени следи от предходни ползватели, няма топла вода, запушени отводнителни канали, водата за къпане е солена. Нямаше почистване на стаята по време на престоя. Няма голф игрище. Домакините отглеждат много котки и навсякъде в тревата около басейна и двора е в котешки изпражнения, който не се почистват, миризмата на котки е постоянна. Маса за тенис в близост до котките не е използваема. Водата в басейна е мътна и не се почиства, качество е съмнително има зелена плесен по ръбовете. Като обобщение на престоя ни никога не сме отсядали на толкова лошо и не поддържано място като това. Цената не отговаря на качество на предлаганата услуга и нямахме търпение да се приберем.

The beds were comfortable although the bed bases were noisy!

This is not a villa, it's apartments. You do not get any rooms on the ground floor. Not at all what we wanted. We wanted access to a fridge on the ground floor but wasnt able to as they had people in them. So entire place is a lie. We were told no umbrellas, although we saw them in one of the rooms whichbwe had no key for. So we had absolutely no shade at all. no golf, the pitch they advertise numerous times, does not look like the pics. All the gazebos are ripped and tatty. Again not as advertised. Apartments are filthy, showers green and rusty, pool a big thick green mould around the edges. The water made our water hammocks go green. There seems to be a kennel at the side of building which has numerous dogs barking all night. At all hours which keeps you awake all night. The views are just of derelict buildings and unkept grounds. Table tennis, the table held together with a snooker que. We spent the whole week at splash, in their pool as it was cleaner and we didn't have to walk a flight of stairs just to get a drink or go to the toilet. Idea of getting a "villa" was to spend all day there. And spend as little as possible. However we spent a fortune as we had to buy drinks and food in splash all day. As we are 2 families of 4 all wanting to eat, drink and be together. Again we could not do this at the accommodation as the apartments were not big enough. The larger apartments are dull and dingy in the kitchen area so not inviting at all. The balcony wall in room 15 has a huge crack along it making structurally unsafe! We believe they people living there on ground floor had numerous cats that used the grounds as a litter tray so the smell of cat poo was constant. All in all We have never stayed at a place as bad as this before. We couldn't wait to come home. Massively falsely advertised. And uncomfortable surroundings.

Absolutely brilliant. Villa was clean and looked like the photos. Danny, the owner, was very friendly and let us get on with our holiday without any troubles. Defo recommend.

A great place to relax with a group of friends or as a couple. The service is amazing, nice, helpful I have to mention Alexa here, I have never met a better service guy in any of the many hotels. He is able to help with everything without being pushy at all. The guys at the bar are great too.

The pool brought us a lot of fun and so did the tennis field.

For the price, nothing!
