Dua villas Bali - Modern Balinese Escape

We stayed for 3 nights, the location is away from the central area of canggu, it's peaceful and quiet. The place had a lovely clean pool, good internet, and all the kitchen amenities. Overall a good stay.

There were no toiletries provided during the stay. Also the villa was an open concept that was lovely but the neighbors are so close, you can hear everything that's going on next door,

Loved the open air layout and the deep pool. Many villas have small pools but this one was lovely and deep, with a shady courtyard at the hottest part of the day. Bedrooms were all roomy and cool. Lovely bathrooms. Super cool open living area. All the amenities you need if you are wanting to cook - we didn’t! A great coffee and pastry shop 50m away became our local for our stay. Then cocktails on the lawn at Lyma Beach, Pererenan Beach a short 2k walk along the beach. If you like being among rice fields and away from the crazy, yet still a short 5 minute scooter ride to Pererenan Street (loads of food options), you’ll love this place. We did.

I think the only thing missing was a bowl of fruit on arrival. As many people arrive at night and it’s hard to organise food for the next day/that evening this would have been wonderful. Also maybe some info in restaurants close by. But these are small suggestions!

The rooms are very clean and well designed. There’s even a pool for a quick swim. Kitchen was well equipped to cook up some simple meals.

The electricity for one villa went off during one day of our stay but the owner was quick to handle the issue, and had the electricity back on when we were back at night. The villa is also a tad bit far from the main city, so a driver or taxi is a must to travel out.

The villa was absolutely stunning. We ordered breakfast on one of the days which was prepared for us and it was lovely. The villa is in a nice quite area which we enjoyed and a short walk away from the beach and a couple of nice restaurants.

The only thing I didn’t like was that on two occasions we had people show up unannounced which was unsettling. There was a guide on arrival which said that pool garden maintenance takes place on certain days and the person came on a different day which we did not expect. We were also told that cleaning would be notified in advance and we woke up to find a note that someone had been in the villa to clean which we didn’t know about. Just some communication in this regard would’ve been great.
