Charming house@LK-living

House is very nicely arranged, clean and with high quality materials, very good sounds isolation, well maintained garden with beautiful view over mountains Host was friendly and helped us out with buying additional tent to protect from the sun (it was extremly hot)

- Unfortunately the location of the house is not very good - please check it yourself on google maps before you select this location. There roads around are pretty destroyed, its close to industrial area of the city, not really possible to have a nice walk around. - We were unable to sit in the garden after 10pm because the neighbour was screaming at as and threatning to call the police (and no, we were not partying just eating dinner outside as the inside the house it was not possible to cook - it was that hot) - It came to the point that she screamed at us when we walked outside to watch the Perseids stars from the garden This ruined part of our stay there - being terrorized about staying in the garden (btw the nice garden was the main reason why we chose this accomodation as we were traveling with kids and wanted to have area to play with them and eat dinner in the night) - some smaller details like grill equipment was missing and are for bonefire full of weeds

The house is amazing, everything is new and very clean. We really liked the 'smart home' feature and the ability to set the temperature. The garden is so beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. The private parking with our own electric gate is awesome and very convenient. The check-in self instructions were very clear and easy.

If it was possible, I'd rank it as 9.5. it's almost perfect. The only things that were not so convenient: - The internet is quite slow (7-8 Mbps when I measured) - The water stream in the shower is weak. - Not that problematic, but I'd appreciate 2 towels per person rather than one.

It was a beautiful and a great view. The garage and yard and house were beautiful and well kept. Very clean. Perfect get away for us. We loved it.

The windows in the bedrooms only stay open for 15 min so it was warm. We wished they could stay open all night and then it would’ve been perfect. Big we still loved it.

The place was amazing - nice modern building with sunset view in a very quiet part of the city with family houses and garderns around. I also liked large garage for two cars.

I did not like the mattress of the bed because it was too soft for me. Also, controlling the opening of the roof windows remotely was not ideal but I understand that it could not be done otherwise.
