Villa Moncharê

The property is very large and has plenty of space for the people as advertised. The location is nicely placed and very close to beaches and town.

Unfortunately, the property is extremely poorly maintained. A lot of the tiling is broken throughout the house and around the pool, there is issues with doors not opening/closing properly, aircons not working, remote not having batteries, toilets without toilet seats, insect infectations in cupbaords etc. Some basic attention to small details would make this a premium place to stay, but not in its current state.

The facility is beautiful, neat and close to everything you need as a traveller.

I loved everything

The house is big and very inviting good value for our money .The area is quiet n safe plus our cars were parked behind the closed gate .There is privacy also Sbu the caretaker was very helpful whenever we had a problem he was there to sort it out .The house is modern n allows us to take lots of pictures .We would book it again anytime when we want to go out.

I liked the lounge upstairs with balcony.

Jacuzzi didn’t work. Tiles are cracked at in the master bedroom. Plugs on the ground floor kept tripping Drains blocked in the guest showers upper and lower floor. Bottom floor needs refurbishing. WiFi has very poor signal

Its was clean n safe with security n amazing staff as in caretaker

Lack of toiletries for example less toilet paper in each bathroom, n garbage bags
