"We had a lovely holiday."

A lovely villa in a fantastic location. The balcony and roof-top pool were great places to relax and watch the ocean. Mochlos was ideal for us - quiet and off the beaten track but with lots of bars and restaurants under a 5 min walk away. Plus there are Minoan ruins on the island across the water. Giorgos and Eleanor were really helpful.

Be prepared for a steep windy drive down the mountain to get to Mochlos but it is well worth it!

Lovely apartment suitable for a couple. Roomy well equipped Kitchen/living room including a breakfast balcony with view of the Mochlos island. Toilet downstairs with washing machine. Bedroom upstairs with en-suite bathroom/toilet. Lovely balcony with sun loungers and a table and chairs. Even better view from here. There is also a carport in front of the apartment suitable for a medium sized car. The family that run the apartment are very helpful and communication with them was great. This is a quiet location within an easy walk into Mochlos, which is a very pretty little waterside village with 3 modern bar/cocktail bars and about 6/7 restaurants to choose from. All the restaurants offer good quality food at reasonable prices. If you are looking for a very scenic, quiet location (we visited May/June this year and September last year) away from the busier tourist destinations closer to Heraklion then we highly recommend Anemos-Halcyon-Eirene as a relaxing destination.

Super place and fabulous hosts! The 2 bedrooms and living + rooftop pool are grandiose. The village Mochlos is a beautiful old fisher town with mainly super restaurants. Nearby beaches and hiking possibilities. We loved it and will be back soon!!!

The property was fresh, modern and in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Mochlos. An easy walk from the village which had several lovely restaurants and bars. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Loved everything about it.
