Lovely house slightly dated, great location. Por booking service.

Booking office service is subpar. During prebooking we asked if it was possibile to have an extra bed as we where 9 in stead of the house 8 people limit. The reply was that this was no problem. Just before our departure my nieces boyfriend asked if it was possible for him to join our stay for 7 days of our fortnight. we expected this could be a problem, but we sent a new request to solidays. Again we were reassured this would be no problem. If our request had been declined we would have respected it. We had several other alternatives to book. Upon arrival it turned out that the booking office «solidays» had accepted extra guests in the house without approval of owner. When our guest arrived and we asked for the extra bed we where told that the owner had not approved the extra persons in the villa. The extra bed was not provided and my nieces boyfriend had to sleep on bench pillows on the floor for days. After a few days we got a message from solidays that they had agreed with the owner an extra fee of 300€ for the extra guest. Still no bed had been provided. At this time our guest elected to find other accomodation. I asked for the fee to be billed through their payment service and heard nothing. Would love to come back and stay in beautiful Moraira, but will avoid solidays if possible.
