"Excellent"

Das Haus war schön und sauber, die Anlage mit Wasserläufen und Pool war toll angelegt. Die Lage an der Straße zum Wasserfall war einerseits sehr gut, aber dadurch dass unser Haus direkt an der Straße lag, war andererseits Verkehrslärm deutlich zu hören.

Colibri unit was very private! Beautiful view out of the bedroom. Pool was excellent, clean, not busy. Room was clean and well furnished. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful and let us check in early. Location is great, close to restaurants and stores but not in town so its very quiet. Gracias!

Some power outages but thats not the fault of the property manager.

"Une très belle surprise"

Nous avons adoré le cadre, nous avions la maison quetzal idéalement placée avec l'impression de vivre dans la nature. Très belle piscine. Parc magnifique, on a vu des singes et de beaux oiseaux. Nous avons très bien dormi. le parc était très calme. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Proche du volcan. Belles activités proposées dans le coin.

L'eau froide aux lavabos, manque de vaisselle.

De ruimte was fijn, groot en schoon. Ook het zwembad was heerlijk. Restaurant ernaast en verderop korte afstand supermarkten, soda's en andere winkels. Wij hadden een stroomstoring van een klein uurtje wat werd gecompenseerd met een heerlijk ontbijt bij het naastgelegen restaurant.

"Bird watching on the porch with coffee in the morning was so serene!"

Amazing location! It's a great base for exploring the area - not too busy, and walking distance from a store and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive with a couple of small requests upon check in.

The ceiling leaks a bit during heavy rain, but it's not a big deal. Maybe something to repair in the near future.
