This is a great modern villa. The pool was amazing, as were the views from beside the pool. Would recommend for families looking for a quiet location. You will need a car if you stay here as its a bit out of the way.

Although overall this was a clean villa, our feet were black from the dust on the floor. Could have been cleaner.

As we stayed in early February, a source of heating particularly in the lounge and kitchen would have been a nice comfort

Very clean and spacious property. Superb views with property in the sun all day. Many different balconies and seating areas to enjoy the sun or be in the shade. The black out blinds were much appreciated and also kept the bedrooms cool. The pool was used most days and was a decent temperature even in November/ December! Decent TV, spacious fridge and good bbq facilities. We have already booked for next year!

Would of been nice to be able to use the driveway for parking.

in last minute my prepaid stay was canceled, total amount, for entire stay was taken from my credit card and we, with 4 children had to search for new accommodation in the middle of Lanzarote at night. despite all this I have to fight to get my money back.

Poor quality towels, no maid service, no clean linen during stay had to wash bathroom towels daily - they were small, thin and poor quality. China, glass and cutlery were poor which was surprising because the furnishings are good. We bought cutlery and a coffee machine and left there! pool steps steep with no ladder or handrail would be safer with this but pool lovely to swim in.
