Only the swimming pool because it’s private

1. The toilet is very smelly. Owner should consider to change the door and curtain in the toilet. The shower also not in a good condition. 2. The aircond is not cool & fan are not working in one of the room. 3. I think the sofa provided is not enough if you come with a group of family. Don’t have enough sit/space to chill2 in front of the tv.

Dissatisfaction with Recent Stay at Luxury Villa @ A’F Resort Dear Villa Owner, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of the villa during my recent stay from 9th December 2023. I had high expectations for a relaxing holiday with my friends, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell far short of our expectations. Upon arrival, we were disheartened to find that the house was not very neat. There were broken pieces of furniture scattered around, giving the impression that the villa had not been properly maintained. This not only compromised the aesthetic appeal of the property but also raised concerns about safety. One of the most alarming issues we encountered was the presence of unattended electric cables in various areas of the villa. This is a serious safety hazard that should be addressed immediately to prevent any potential accidents or injuries to guests. Furthermore, the state of the swimming pool was highly disappointing. It was visibly dirty, and it was evident that proper maintenance had not been carried out. After contacting the caretaker, we were disheartened when only two men arrived to clean the pool. To make matters worse, their efforts seemed rushed, as the entire cleaning process lasted less than two minutes. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing, especially considering the amount we paid for a two-day, one-night stay. I believe that paying guests should be able to enjoy a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment during their stay. Unfortunately, the conditions we encountered during our time at Luxury Villa did not align with these expectations. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.
