We loved everything

The location, the villa, the swimming pool, the view everything is excellent!! The area is peaceful too!

No major complaints, however, to make the experience more pleasant, a little bit of more attention to cleanliness can be improved, plus there was broken AC in the main living room, and given it was summer time, it was a sort of mood killer.

The Caretaker and other team members were welcoming. They took care of us pretty well and they have maintained the property with the best of their abilities. The views are amazing from the Pool. The 2 Bedrooms are mirror of each other and are decently big sized. The entire property is quiet and serene. The View of Mulshi River is breathtaking from the Poolside.

We went in May so it was extremely hot. The Duct AC in the living room was not working when we arrived, which made it impossible for us to spend any quality time in the living room. They had 2 Coolers in the living room and the TV room, those made it bearable. The onsite food is hit and miss. Breakfast is good. the BBQ is not worth the price.

Location and the view it offered also the food and caretakers were amazing

There was a little leakage here and there due to its location

The property needs maintainance and photos are no where close to how the actual property is.

Cleanliness issues, charges very high for the amenities, all recreation equipment’s were old.

Excellent views, decor, design and plan, size, period furniture, caretaker politeness care and cooking/food.

Quite remote from Mumbai or Lonavala though easier to get to from Pune. Takes about 1.30 hours from Lonavala Old Mumbai Pune Highway near Mapro Garden and about 30% of the road is not good and narrow.
