1.การเช็คอินไม่โอเค(เจ้าของวิลล่าปล่อยเช่าเองกับ ทางเอเจ้นอื่นที่ไม่ใช่กับทางวิลล่า) 2.ห้องพักไม่มีน้ำดื่มให้บริการ,ไม่มีแชมพู+สบุ่ให้ บริการ 3.ที่จอดรถไม่มีให้ 4.ของต่างๆในวิลล่าเยอะมาก(ของเจ้าของวิลล่า)เก็บ ไม่เป็นระเบียบเช่น ห้องครัว,ห้องนอน

bonjour. nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison villa N°1017 et nous avons été surpris de quelques détails de fonctionnement ou défauts à savoir : - une hotte qui ne fonctionnent pas, donc pas cuisson possible !!!! - un grille pains qui ne fonctionnent pas bien car pas de fin de course. - un robinet cuisine mitigeur filtre qui lâche toujours. - une latte de vitre porte coulissante qui tombe. - Pas de jets d'eau extérieure privée dans la piscine. - pas d'explication à l'utilisation d'arrivée d'eau pour la machine à lessive !!!, et pour dire également de faire très très attention aux carrelages cassé très coupant dans une belle long piscine, très dommage. et malheureusement un manque d'entretien réparation boiseries meubles d'intérieur. si non la maison est dans l'ensemble magnifique et bien situé au calme. Mais prix à revoir pour les défauts existants. merci de votre lecture. Mr Roobrouck ch

This was the second time that I rented this villa. So I knew what I was expecting, and we were not dissapointed. Itś by far the best maintained villa in the area and the Garden is beautiful. Thank you Karl Heinz fore this time and hope I will be back next year

Private, quiet location and very comfortable, felt like home. Hosts were caring and helpful.

Kitchen cupboards and drawers need decluttering. Reception weren't aware of our arrival, but they sorted it out quickly.

Kitchen had all basic ingredients needed for cooking. The welcome drinks - so so good on a 40 degree day! The provision of drinks and water on arrival very nice touch. The swimming pool design very interesting.

Would have liked to use washing machine.

The photos of the property used for the advert are very good but in reality, the house was even better than the impression created by the photos.

The Villa was an amazing stay with all the necessary facilities and services required for a great family retreat. The communal pool is amazing with our own jacuzzi area and the staff were helpful and went above and beyond.
