Very quiet and safe, very good pool, tv with netflix, wifi fast amd reliable, nice garden

The pool table needs a bit of work, the karaoke machine was playing up a bit, and the beds are quite firm.

Нам понравилось наличие чистого бассейна и возможность заказать еду с доставкой из кафе владелицы дома. Рядом есть небольшой магазин закусочный и 7-11 через дорогую. В пешей доступности есть Villa Market. Рядом с домом находится храмовый комплекс, откуда с 9 утра слышны чтения с микрофоном, но в комнатах их было не слышно, только на улице.

La struttura è un po' malmessa, avrebbe bisogno di una risistemata. Stesso discorso per la piscina. La pulizia in generale non è molto buona.

The host was very welcoming, and I appreciated the assistance from the guy who showed me how to operate the TV. The property's location is excellent, as it's conveniently close to the beach and a 7 Eleven. It also provides easy access to Market Village, Blueport shopping mall, and various night markets, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The swimming pool

Too many mosquitoes and ants and flies

1. The host was there when we arrived, to hand over the key and give us a short briefing. 2. The pool in the front garden has a little slide, which the kids loved & were in every day, and there is a pool table outside (under cover) as well. 3. There is space to park a car within the gates, which is secure with padlock. 4. There is an outdoor cooking area (Thai style), with a small indoor kitchenette space for serving and preparing basic meals. 5. The rooms are a good size, with split AC in each bedroom. 6. Walkable to the beach, and as you reach the beach road turn right and there is a lovely park (max 500mtr) with kids play areas (just beware of the exposed concrete under the swings). 7. An old TV but they have a small PC connected to it so you can watch YouTube or bring a flash drive with whatever you like to watch or listen to.

1. The house wasn't very clean, 2 of us (adult & child) had hayfever reactions within an hour of being there, and we spent most of the first afternoon cleaning ourselves! 2. The (small black) ants were relentless, despite using a lot of ant spray we couldn't completely stop them, if you dropped so much as a crumb or didn't clean the toaster fully after every use, there would be hundreds of ants within a few minutes - we messaged and called the host a few times in the first few days, but got no reply! 3. The double beds (4 in total) were not comfortable (for an adult) at all, a week after the holiday and my back is still sore! 4. We moved 1 bed away from the wall so it was accesible both sides (as normal), which exposed lots of rubbish and thick dust, so clearly any cleaning is only a quick surface wipe at best. 5. The place is tired, maybe it was just end of the busy season, but the house was in desperate need of a deep deep clean, and clearly hadn't been repainted in a long time (lots of dirty marks and stains on walls and ceilings). 6. We didn't realise from the ad, but 1 of the bedrooms (which has 2 double beds) is actually external to the main house, with no access to it's own bathroom or shower facility, so whoever stays out there needs to always come back inside if they need facilities. 7. The curtains in the bedrooms are very thin so don't block any sunlight, or the street lights at night, in 1 room (for the baby) we had to cover with aluminium foil to make it dark, the front room facing the room I could read a book at 11pm just from the street lights. 8. The windows aren't well insulated, so every car and motorbike that goes by in the night you hear, and the stray dogs often bark throughout the night.
