Pihapiirissä paljon tavaroita, jotka loi hieman epäsiistin yleisilmeen. Mökin lattioilla oli muurahaisia. Oleskelutila oli hieman pieni yhdeksälle henkilölle.

Astioita oli riittävästi. Ulkoterassit olivat kivat. Makkareita oli isomallekkin perheväelle. Saunassa hyvät löylyt.

Sisääntulopiha ei kovin viihtyisä säilytystavaroineen. Keittiö on aika pieni. Yläkerran toinen huone lämpeni kuumaksi saunan lämmityksen jälkeen. Puusto peittää suurelta osin kauniin järvimaiseman näkymän. Naapuri on lähellä.
