Desa Swan Villas & SPA, Keramas

Absolutely loved it. Could not have stayed in a nicer place. Met all our needs. Great accomodation, amazing staff, great restaurant. Fabulous place for a relax with private pool. We did not realise there were 4 villas we could have book to share the one pool. Know for next time!

The private atmosphere and cozy ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. The location was also great for those who want a quieter side of Bali while still being accessible to nearby attractions.

A few small details could still be improved, but overall, the experience was wonderful and definitely worth recommending. I would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was average and odd vibes

We were booked into Villa 24, this feedback is only realated to this property: 1. Great Villas surroundings 2. Well equipped with toiletries 3. Comfy beds 4. Excellent baby cot 5. Great backyard well maintained 6. Awesome pool 7. All rooms were clean and Upper rooms smelled fresh 8. Execellent customer service 9. Break breafast selections, however you needed to be there at 7am when the restuarant opened in order to eat a hot buffet

For improvement 1. Kitchen cupboards in the living areas falling apart falling apart 2. Not enough intesils to cook a decent meal for 4 adults and 3 children 3. Lounge doors difficult to open as they didn't slide easily, only one door was sliding open, the other one stuck in situ. 5. TV/Youtube not working on the first night, we had to contact customer service for this to be rectified 6. Bathrooms not well ventilated, this meant the shower spaces in the villa's smelled dump. The shower horse would spray water around the bathtub and onto the floors if left in situ during a shower. This meant you needed to hold it in your hand when having a shower. 4. Plugs on our bedside in Villa A had something stuck and they couldn't be used 5. Bottom Villa B, smelled on mould and it appeared the mould had been painted over with white ceiling paint. Water dump marks all over the bedroom walls. Bathroom doors had holes underneath, this made rodents come through. We found a rat on the first night and customer service informed of this. This also applied to upper villa C, doors wouldnt close properly and would leave a gap on one end and we found a huge lizzard in the room on our return. This meant we had to check all spaces in the rooms before going to bed. 5. Main living area smelled of dampness, didnt spend much time in there
