Please note that cleaning is not included for stays of 1 week or less. For stays longer than 1 week, the property will be cleaned and sheets changed once. Please note that construction work is going on nearby until December 15th 2024 and Deluxe Villa may be affected by noise. Due to construction works on a nearby plot, please note that you may occasionally experience some discomfort from the construction between 09:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. Prices have been reduced to compensate for this, and the discounted rates are already reflected on our website. It is estimated that these occasional disturbances may continue until 31st January.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
